When I wrote this post, it was a beautiful day here in the Washington, DC area. The sun was shining, it wasn't too hot or humid. It was lovely. I justified walking my dog three times to get outside and enjoy it even though I had many things on my desk to do. I think its because I read my friend's Karen post about mind set. I needed to get out of mine and walking my dog in the sunshine was just the thing. Here's wishing you a wonderful weekend filled with sunshine and peace of mind.

Sounds like the right move, one thing I love about having a dog is that he forces me to get out at moments when I wouldn't!! State of mind is really everything, isn't it? The same situation can be seen and lived in completely different ways based on how you chose to view it. I'm trying to teach this to my daughter...not easy! Janell

ReplyDeleteWhen we lived in a house, I missed taking walks more often, now we take them many times a day.
And we all benefit from them, Pup too :)
