Why am I starting off with a picture of Barclay versus a furnishing or design? Because he's a cutie, that's why. I have met him at High Point Market. I doubt he remembers me but I remember him and his showroom ~ full of beautiful furnishings in exquisite vignettes. He used Jamie Young lamps in his showroom ~ more importantly, he used them well.I am posting about Barclay Butera for a several reasons ~ Kravet just launched his collection of rugs and fabrics. Here are a few ~

But most of all, I like him.....

ReplyDeleteI have been a fan before anyone knew who he was. I have so many of his published rooms in my files it's ridiculous. I love that he uses animal prints and I love that red and white fabric.
