    Oh, I wish I could join you! Looks like a lovely spot to spend the afternoon in - refreshing! The top set of images made me smile, instantly, as soon as I opened your page :) What a laundry/mud room! It's so fresh and chic, particularly with the ideal built-ins and stunning table...I would want to iron all day~
