Still thinking about the beach.....

The other day, I did a story about decorating with sea shells. Today I am dreaming about the beach. It is only December 2nd and I feel the need to have sand between my toes and the sun on my face (with sunscreen of course!). I know doing Christmas decor is all the rage right now but I find my mind wandering.... so there I am looking at Architectural Digest and what do I see??!! Donna Karan's beach house in the British West Indies. Donna ~ may I come visit??! That is Donna at the top with her daughter, Gabrielle. Don't they look like sisters?

I'd love to take laps in this dreamy pool and then lay on the chaise (for more than one I see) with.........

Then we'd swing ever so gently feeling the warm breeze......

We wouldn't need much room. In fact, we'll take the farthest guest villa. No, no, it's no problem for me......

Completely surrounded by nature ~ pure and simple ~ clean and fresh......

This bed will be fine. The views in the morning light will be spectacular.....

Falling asleep for an afternoon nap hearing the waves caressing the shore. Again, a place for more than one....... me and ......

I'm loving my thoughts right now. Who is the mystery person......

My daughter of course. Donna and I have a lot in common!

Where do your thoughts take you seeing this magnificent beach home?

There is still time to enter the art glass ornament giveaway! Deadline to enter is 8:00 pm EST today. Good luck!
